The Intravene staff is accessible and on call for patients 24 hours a day.

How are patients accepted into the Intravene  program?
Patients are referred by their personal physician. The Intravene  staff works with your physician to tailor the best course of therapy for you. We prepare and administer your medication at the Intravene facility or, if appropriate, in your home.

You will need to bring a list of medications you are currently taking and your health insurance information (including insurance cards).

How long does infusion therapy last?
The length of time for therapy is determined by the medication you are taking. Most therapies take one to three hours. We do our best to make your visit as comfortable and as short as possible.

No. Some medications may be given at home. Intravene's staff will help determine where you get your medicine based on the medication needed and your insurance coverage.
